An example of the papers you will need are:
Proof of income including bank statements and last three pay slips.
Passport or ID documentation.
Your work contract or proof of pensions.
Tax return for self employed.
A credit report.
Additionaly you will need to budget costs for your property purchase. You should allow for between 12% to 15% depending on the purchase price and 2% to 3% extra on the property purchase price to arrange the set up costs, management and Survey fees to the bank.
